Penelope Astrid Halliwell is this girl's name. She was named Penelope after her great grandmother, the infamous Grams, by her mother who was raised by her Grams. Then Astrid as her middle name, her mother found it on the family tree along with some others names but Phoebe and Coop liked Astrid best. Halliwell of course as her surname as her father doesn't have one. She is usually called Penny but sometimes also gets called Pen, LoLo, Nel, Nellie, Astrid, and Hallie which the last one is a nickname for her last name and what her friend's call her sometimes.

She looks as old as she is, which is 18, though if she adds in some makeup the right way she can look as old as 23. She was born on February 23rd, 2012 and has had her 18th birthday recently. Being born on February 23rd makes her a pisces.

SEXUALITY HERE

Penelope is bisexual, meaning she likes both boys and girls. She has only dated one girl though, which was not long after she turned 15 and they dated for 3 months but she kept it a secret from her family. Her family thinks she only dates guys cause thats all they have seen. Her longest relationship was a year long with her recent ex boyfriend, the relationship ended about 3 weeks ago.

Penelope is a slender girl. She is 5'10 which is above average height for a woman and has cream colored skin. Her wight usually is around 125 to 130, though it varies on any given day. Her ears are pierced multiple times; 3 in her lower left ear with one on her upper left ear and 2 on her upper right ear with 2 on her lower right as well. She also has the triquetra tattooed on her right wrist.

FACIAL FEATURES

Penny has long dark brown hair. It is usually curly though she can straighten it and tends to do so. How she styles her hair usually depends on her mood and the weather, sometimes it will be down and sometimes it will be up. Her eyes are the same dark brown as her mother's though sometimes they look like a steely blue.

CLOTHING

Her clothing style tends to be pretty casual but more adult. She likes showing skin sometimes, just brief teases like tops that show a bit of her midriff or low riding pants, anything that hints at what is beneath. She also likes her close to fit snug against her skin and hates baggy clothes. She loves darker colors, but can wear light colors as well. She is more of a jean and tank top kind of girl then frilly dresses and skirts.

• Love - Its not so much that she likes love for herself, but she likes watching people fall in love. She likes seeing them realize in an instant that their other half is everything to them and that they would do anything for each other.
